ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE!

At Royal B. Cheer and Dance Company, we value our athletes’ time, consistency, and commitment to training. To ensure that classes run smoothly and that all athletes receive the instruction they deserve, the following scheduling and make-up class policy will apply to all participants.

• Each athlete is allowed a maximum of two (2) make-up classes for missed regularly scheduled classes.
• Make-up classes must be requested in advance whenever possible.
• Make-up classes are subject to availability and must be scheduled with Royal B. Cheer and Dance Company.
• Make-up classes do not carry over indefinitely and must be used within the designated training period.
• Additional make-up classes beyond the two (2) allowed will not be provided unless approved by Royal B. Cheer and Dance Company due to an emergency or special circumstance.

A No Call/No Show occurs when an athlete does not attend a scheduled class and the parent/guardian or athlete does not notify Royal B. Cheer and Dance Company in advance.

If a No Call/No Show occurs:

• The missed class will forfeit the make-up opportunity for that session.
• The class will be considered completed and will not be rescheduled.
• Repeated No Call/No Show occurrences may affect the athlete’s ability to continue participating in the program.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. Parents/guardians are encouraged to communicate with Royal B. Cheer and Dance Company as soon as possible when an athlete is unable to attend a scheduled class.

Providing timely notice allows us to properly manage class schedules, instructors, and training space.

Consistent attendance is important for athlete development and progress. Regular participation helps athletes build skills, confidence, strength, and teamwork. Families are expected to make every effort to attend scheduled classes and communicate any scheduling conflicts promptly.

By enrolling in Royal B. Cheer and Dance Company, families acknowledge and agree to follow this scheduling and make-up class policy.

The Royal Rules and Regulations are as followed:

• NO MESS OR NEGATIVITY!!!!!!!
• POSITIVE ATTITUDES ONLY!!!!!!!!
• CURSING, HORSEPLAYING, BULLYING, TAUTING. etc. is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!!!!! 
• ALL PAYMENTS for classes are due at the time of booking. Classes are Non-Refundable once booked. Rescheduling (max of 2) will be offered.
• If you or your team are more than 15 minutes late to a class, I will reschedule (max of 2)  the class due to other class schedules. 
• ALL PAYMENTS for members are due the 15th of each month and can be paid on this site.
• Merchandise: shipping is typically 4-6 business days! Contact me after the 6th business day to locate your package!
